Your driver's name, number and car details arrive before pickup, so you know who to expect and how to reach them if plans change.
We would rather a new customer over-communicate than under-communicate: if your flight, group size or luggage changes after you book, telling us as soon as you know means we can adjust the vehicle or timing before you travel rather than working it out at the roadside. The same applies to regular customers — a school run, a business account or a family account all work best when we know about changes to the usual pattern in advance, not after the fact.
