Airport Move Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14491058, with its registered office at 450 Bath Road, West Drayton, London UB7 0EB, and is a licensed private hire vehicle operator.
We write and maintain this site ourselves and we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Content can be edited, added to or withdrawn at any time without notice, and nothing here should be treated as a binding statement about our services except where our Terms & Conditions say so.
If you spot something that looks wrong, out of date, broken or inappropriate, please tell us at booking@airportmove.co.uk. We would rather correct it than leave it.

Any price shown on this website — a "from" price, an indicative range, an example fare, an hourly rate or a figure in an article — is guidance only. It is not an offer and it is not a quotation. Prices shown are typically based on a standard journey between the two points named, in normal conditions, in the vehicle class described.
Your actual fare is the fixed price we quote you for your specific journey and confirm to you in your booking confirmation. It depends on your exact pickup and drop-off, the date and time, the vehicle class you choose, passenger and luggage numbers, additional stops and any extras you ask for. Where a price on this site differs from the price in your booking confirmation, the booking confirmation is the one that counts.
Prices may be changed at any time, and a price shown for one route, vehicle or date cannot be relied on for another.
Mileages, journey durations and route descriptions on this site are estimates, drawn from typical conditions. Real journeys are affected by traffic, roadworks, weather, incidents, the time of day and your precise addresses. Nothing on this site is a promise that a journey will take a particular time, and you should allow a sensible margin when planning travel to a flight, sailing or train. Our responsibility for delay is dealt with in our Terms & Conditions.
Some of our pages explain things like airport terminals, meet-and-greet procedures, security and baggage reclaim, and we publish country guides for passengers flying into London. Availability depends on demand, driver and vehicle availability and the notice you give us. Equally, descriptions of vehicles and fleet pages show the class of vehicle you are booking rather than a specific car: we may supply an equivalent or larger vehicle as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Images on this site are illustrative and the vehicle supplied may differ in colour, model year or trim.
We do not guarantee that this site or our online booking tool will be available without interruption or free of errors. Access may be suspended, restricted or withdrawn for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising because the site or the booking tool was unavailable, slow, or did not work as expected on your device or browser. We take reasonable steps to keep the site secure, but we do not warrant that it is free of viruses or other harmful components, and you are responsible for your own device security.

Is the "from" price on a route page the price I will pay? No. It is guidance. Your fixed fare is the one quoted for your journey and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Can I rely on your country guides for visa rules? No. Use them as background and check the official UK Government and airline sources, because those rules change and depend on your nationality.
Will I get the exact car in the photograph? You are booking a class of vehicle, not a specific car. Images are illustrative.
Does this page limit my consumer rights? No. It cannot, and it does not try to.
