The Mercedes V-Class is our highest-volume group vehicle for Heathrow Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 — the two terminals handling the most international group travel. For holiday groups departing from N, NW or W London postcodes to Heathrow T2 the V-Class is the default choice: everyone sits together and all luggage fits in one journey. We also run the V-Class regularly on the cruise-port corridor — Central London to Southampton (SO14) takes approximately 85–110 minutes on the M3/M27; to Tilbury (RM18) via the A13 and A128 is typically 55–75 minutes; and to Dover (CT16) via the A2/M2 runs 100–130 minutes. For London events at Wembley (HA9), the O2 (SE10) or ExCeL (E16) the V-Class is an efficient group solution with a meet-point service and fixed fare.
Whichever car you choose, including the Mercedes V-Class, the same rule applies: no hailing on the street, a booking made in advance, and separate private hire licences for the driver and the vehicle. The group & xl class changes the level of car, not the legal or fixed-fare basis it is booked on.
